All of our trainers have a clear federal background check.

All of our trainers have been trained and certified under the strict guidelines of Abraham, our Master Dog Trainer and owner.

D’arcy , Owner and Packleader D'arcy spent her childhood in Ohio bringing home strays and wounded animals.  From a young age she was exposed to many different types of animals small and large.  She spent her early years riding and training horses.  She has always loved animals and felt a kindred spirit with our furry friends.  Although her parents said she could not have a dog she received the biggest surprise of her life when she was given a beautiful Siberian Husky to raise and train at age 9.  The bond was immediate and for 19 years this beautiful and intelligent animal taught her many lessons and brought so much joy and love.  D’arcy’s uncle was an Ohio Game Warden and breeder/trainer of championship Labrador Retriever’s, which subsequently made their way into her home and pack.  Although she loved animals and seriously considered becoming a Veterinary, she had another calling.  Music and vocal performance had been a nagging ache, so after completing her BS and starting on her Master’s Degree she moved away to pursue that calling.  D’arcy toured the US and abroad for many years and ended up providing entertainment for our military troops overseas with MWR and the USO.  It was through this connection that she adopted a dog that soldiers had saved but could not keep and brought him home with her from Korea.  During her time involved with the military she saw firsthand the impact that animals could make in people’s lives through protection, tracking and service.   As D’arcy transitioned from touring 210 plus days a year, she began to research how she could learn to train dogs in a leadership style and further educate herself to become an advanced trainer and specialize in service and therapy dogs.  When D’arcy found the Always Faithful Pack she knew she’d found the perfect place to start her new life passion.

Mike, Owner and Packleader Mike's love of animals stems way back to his Texas roots.  In his early years there were always multiple dogs and animals in his life.  He spent countless hours with his uncle who worked at the city zoo.  There he learned to nurture and care for animals of all shapes and sizes.  He had amazing experiences at his uncle’s side and grew to love animals even more.  He seemed to be a natural and had an uncanny report with all sorts of animals.       After high school Mike enlisted in the Army, as he felt the calling to serve his country where he was a Reconnaissance Scout.  Upon completion of his term of service and honorable discharge, he began working for The Department of Energy’s SWAT team.  Mike realized that he wanted to continue his education and decided to relocate to the Chicago area and pursue his Bachelor’s degree.  While working full time he graduated with his BS degree Magna Cum Laude.  Mike had an extremely strong work ethic and quickly moved up the corporate ladder, however, after years in the corporate world he realized something big was missing from his life. Mike began searching for something he could really sink his teeth into that would benefit others as well.  His love of animals had always been a cornerstone for him and he knew that he could find fulfillment working with animals.  He soon realized that dog training was a passion and that he could really assist people through the connection he had always had with dogs.  Always Faithful Dog Training, with its military connection and leadership based approach seemed to be the perfect fit.
